The price list excludes the holidays of Easter, 25 April, 1 May and 2 June, Christmas and New Year.
For those staying 2 weeks -5% on the total total excluding the month of August.
Additional person (low-medium season): €30.00 until 05/07, €40.00 until 02/8 and after 23/8.
Additional person (high season): €60.00.
Daily guest (after 1 hour) Euro 10.00 per person.
Guest with overnight stay: Euro 15.00 per day.
Additional cars and/or motorbikes: €10.00 per day or €40.00 per week.
Apartments available from 3:30pm to 7:30pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
Upon confirmation of the booking by the residence, a confirmation deposit will be requested.
Bed linen and towels ( available for hire with separate costs).
Final Cleaning that is only charged if the apartment is returned too dirty or messy.
We have apartments ideal for welcoming people with mobility difficulties and disabilities.
For children under 3 years of age the stay is free.
Beach included in the price (from 1 June to 15 September).
During the winter period the apartments are also rented on a monthly basis, or for longer periods.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and is to be paid on site from 1st June to 30th September (Euro 1,40 per person per night).

Pet are not allowed inside the structure and the apartments.
